Itinerary
Day 1 (Thu) Canada - Shanghai
You begin your adventure. Depart from your hometown on carrier of your choice to Shanghai. En-route you will cross the International Dateline.
Day 2 (Fri) Arrive Shanghai
Arrive Shanghai, China's largest city, major seaport and important commercial centre. Meet and transfer to hotel.

Day 3 (Sat) Shanghai
During your stay in Shanghai, see the riverfront promenade, "The Bund" - a splendid vantage point to view the colorful traffic on the Huangpu River & Pudong Development Zone. Next visit the Yu Garden and Shanghai Museum with its remarkable collections of ancient bronze, ceramics, paintings & calligraphy. After dinner, enjoy an Acrobatic Show. (B/L/D)
Day 4 (Sun) Shanghai - Suzhou
This morning, you will tour to the former French Concession, Jade Buddha Temple and Oriental TV Tower - a new symbol of Shanghai. Then, transfer to Suzhou, renowned for its exquisite canals, silk products and gardens. (B/L/D)

Day 5 (Mon) Suzhou
This morning, you will have a brief tour to the Golden Rooster Lake & New Economic Development Zone. Then visit Master of Nets Garden - a classical private garden. Silk Embroidery Institute, Garden of Lion Forest, Anceint Water City Gate and cruise on the picturesque ancient Grand Canal. (B/L/D)
Day 6 (Tue) Suzhou - Hangzhou
Transfer to Hangzhou. Cruise on the city's star attraction - West Lake. Disembark at Yanggong Causeway and visit Guo Village at the lakeside and have a cup of tea while enjoying the beautiful landscape. (B/L/D)

Day 7 (Wed) Hangzhou
This morning visit the Ancient Ink & Calligraphy Association, and climb the Isolated Hill - another best place to view the tranquil & beautiful lake. Walking on Qinghefang Ancient Street, visit "Hu Qing Yu Tang" - the most famous Chinese Herbal Medicine Museum, and the private garden of Hu Xueyan - one of the richest merchants in late Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). Day 8 (Thu) Hangzhou - Wuzhen
This morning, you will visit the region's most famous Tea Village. Then drive to Wuzhen - one of the best preserved ancient water-towns in China. You will take a boat to check-in to hotel. Visit the traditional houses, a rice wine brewery and a weaving workshop. Continue to an opera stage where you will enjoy a puppet show. This evening, you will be treated with a local banquet. Day 9 (Fri) Wuzhen - Shanghai
Explore the lovely town by your own in the morning. After lunch, drive back to Shanghai and check in to hotel. Rest of the day is at your leisure. (B/L)

Day 10 (Sat) Shanghai - Beijing
Transfer to airport and fly to Beijing, China's seventh-century-old capital. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to the hotel. (B)

Day 11 (Sun) Beijing
Your tours start in the morning to Tian'anmen Square, the largest urban square in the world with the capacity of 1 million people. Next, Forbidden City lcoated in the centre of Beijing, it's the largest existing, best preserved imperial palace in the world today covering a total area of 720,000 square meters. Then, the Summer Palace presents a breathtaking arrangement of lake, landscape, pagodas and pavilions, a fine example of Chinese gardening art. Then, you will enjoy Chinese traditional Peking Opera. Day 12 (Mon) Beijing
Following breakfast, drive to the Badaling section of the Great Wall, the world's greatest man-made structure winding dragon-like across Northern China and praised as a "Wonder of the World". This is the only earthly evidence of mand visible from the moon. Next, visit one of the Changling of Ming Tombs with Sacred Way - a boulevard lined with sculpted stone animals. (B/L/D)
Day 13 (Tue) Beijing
This morning visit the Temple of Heaven, a masterpiece of 15th Century architecture inscribed on the UNESCO's World Heritages List. After lunch, you will take a pedicab ride through the old Hutong area to experience local ancient dwellings. This evening, enjoy Peking Duck Dinner, the no. 1 typical food of Beijing. (B/L/SD)
Day 14 (Wed) Beijing - Homeward bound
Bid farewell to China and depart for your hometown. It is the same day when you arrive home as you will re-cross the International Dateline. (B)
